The Wildlife Conservation Society was looking for an engaging way to mark 120 years of saving wildlife by raising awareness and traffic to their parks. A city-wide campaign #NYisWild turned the concrete jungle into a summer-long photo safari to discover and capture all 120 wild attractions around the city and across all the parks the WCS owns - The Bronx Zoo, New York Aquarium, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, and Queens Zoo.
My role was to design a responsive site NYisWild.com where users can easily keep track of their progress as they’re trying to complete all 120 ways, by snapping a photo at each stop and sharing it via the hashtag.

In four easy steps, users can participate in a city-wide photo safari in and out of NYC's five parks and could win a grand prize trip.
All pieces of the composition are built-in in order to deliver clearly the message and captivate the user. The aesthetic needed to feel modern and grounded in the current dynamic patterns of interaction.

Adding to the unique patterns developed for each of the five city parks, the grid design and the scroll effects of the site became part of the campaign's branding.
